Registration process
1. After your company confirms the exhibition, please fill in the "Exhibition Application and Contract" and affix the official seal, and send it to the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee through WeChat, email or fax.
2. After the application is confirmed by the secretariat, the exhibition fee (50% advance payment or full payment) will be telegraphed to the account of the organizer within seven days.
3. After receiving the exhibition fee, the secretariat of the organizing committee will issue an invoice of the same amount to the exhibitor for the booth fee.
4. Booth allocation is based on the principle of first-served application, first-served payment and first-served arrangement.
