Two National Equipment Management and Technological Innovation Achievement Awards "Fell" in Guangzhou Port!
Recently, the technological innovation achievements of the "Research and Practice of Key Technologies of Integrated Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System for the Whole Life Cycle of Port Handling Equipment" and "Research and Application of Integrated Management Cloud Platform for Real-time Monitoring and Charging Intelligent Deployment of Port Electric Equipment" declared by the third phase of Nansha of Guangzhou Port have lasted more than half a year from the declaration to the award, and finally stood out from the 2,340 projects across the country and won the first and second prizes of technical achievements respectively.
The project builds a 3D visualization platform integrating simulation, monitoring, early warning, positioning and analysis of 149 port equipment, focusing on the real-time monitoring of important parts such as steel structures of large port cranes, trolley wheels, tracks, pulleys and transmission components, so as to realize real-time monitoring of the health status of port equipment and simulation visualization of inspection work. "Let data run more errands and let technicians run less errands", give better play to the initiative and pertinence of technical management, further break through information islands and data barriers, connect production, operation and management scenarios, interconnect people, machines and things, promote the digital construction of equipment management, and build a life cycle management system for port loading and unloading equipment.
The project takes the self-developed software and hardware monitoring system as the core, transmits data through information technology for key nodes of electric equipment, integrates equipment management system and charging management system to achieve integration, and completes timely and accurate monitoring data to the visual platform at the same time, cooperates with the charging dispatching system to monitor the power status of the equipment and the idle state of the charging pile in real time, realizes automatic notification of the vehicle to return to the station for charging, solves the problem of charging the equipment in the field, and strengthens the technical performance and safety status monitoring of the electric equipment.
In recent years, Nansha Phase III has achieved comprehensive monitoring, fault warning and precise maintenance of equipment fine management innovation through a series of measures such as comprehensively promoting the life cycle management system of port loading and unloading equipment, which not only significantly improves the efficiency and reliability of equipment, but also greatly reduces the maintenance cost and downtime of the enterprise, and provides strong technical support for ensuring the quality and efficiency of terminal production.
