The No. 3 berth project of the third phase of the general wharf in Dafeng port area is an expansion berth under construction, with a 100,000-ton general berth on the outside and a 30,000-ton general berth on the inside, with a width of 53 meters, and 395 structural beams and 352 panels required for the construction are all installed by the intelligent port construction machine in the way of "building blocks".

After the system automatically recognizes the image of the target position of the beam and plate installation, the components fall into it quickly, smoothly and accurately, so as to realize the intelligent installation of the whole process. After the assembly of the "building blocks" of one span is completed, it will automatically move forward and cross the span to install the next span, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and installation accuracy, and greatly reduces the investment of on-site operators and equipment.
