The world's first set of 8 MW ultra-long distance intelligent scraper conveying equipment was successfully put into operation

Recently, the world's first set of 8 MW ultra-long distance intelligent scraper conveying equipment independently developed by Zhangjiakou Coal Machinery Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Coal, was successfully put into trial operation.

It is understood that this scraper conveyor is currently the world's largest coal mining machinery, with a conveying capacity of 6,000 to 8,000 tons per hour, a conveying length of 400 to 600 meters, and an estimated coal volume of more than 60 million tons in the whole life cycle, which can meet the supporting needs of the working face with an annual output of 20 million tons of mining in a particularly thick coal seam with a height of more than 3 meters. It is worth mentioning that the supporting key components are independently developed and designed by the company, and the whole machine has achieved national R&D and manufacturing, and the use performance, reliability and intelligence can effectively ensure the production of coal, adjust quickly and supply.

The successful research and development of the complete set of ultra-long distance intelligent scraper conveying equipment marks that China has realized the independent design of high-end scraper conveying equipment and the national production of high-power transmission system, which provides a new path for the safe, efficient, green and low-carbon, intelligent and intensive mining of coal resources, and is of great significance to reduce coal mining costs, improve resource mining efficiency, and enhance energy supply capacity.
