1. the bidding conditions

2. Project overview and bidding scope

Scale: 4 sets of gantry cranes purchased.

Scope: The bidding project is divided into 1 bidding section, the bidding content is to purchase 4 gantry cranes, the scope of supply is turnkey, including the design, manufacturing, assembly, transportation, loading and unloading, installation, commissioning, inspection, commissioning, on-site storage, insurance, risk, personnel training, on-site service, warranty and after-sales service of the goods proposed in the technical specifications. The main performance parameters of the equipment are as follows:

3. Bidder qualification requirements

1. The qualifications, ability and reputation of the bidder

(1) Business license: The bidder shall have a business license or a legal person certificate of a public institution registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, and within the business period or validity period, and have the corresponding supply capacity for this bidding project. If a branch of an independent legal person enterprise cannot participate in the bidding, it must issue a letter of authorization for the independent legal person enterprise, and each independent legal person enterprise can only send one branch to participate in the bidding.

(2) Qualification requirements: The bidder shall have a valid national special equipment production license, the licensed project includes hoisting machinery manufacturing (including installation, repair, and transformation), and the licensed sub-project includes gantry crane (B) and above qualifications. (Provide a copy of the certificate).

(3) Financial requirements: the financial situation is in good condition, and the property is not in a situation where the property is taken over or frozen. (Provide supporting materials that can objectively reflect the company's recent financial status, such as audited financial audit reports or bank certificates and other materials that are generally applicable to the industry.) )

(4) Performance requirements: The bidder has implemented at least 5 similar project performances so far. (Provide a copy of the user list, contact number, sales equipment model, detailed specifications, contract and acceptance report)

(5) Credit requirements: (1) good, do not accept to be suspended or disqualified from bidding in accordance with the law; being ordered to suspend production and business, suspend or revoke permits, or suspend or revoke licenses; entering into liquidation proceedings, or being declared bankrupt, or otherwise incapacitated; Bidders who have major product quality problems in the past three years bid (provide a letter of commitment from the bidder). (6) Personnel requirements: 1 person in charge of the project, who is an employee of the unit. (Provide proof of social insurance payment issued by the social insurance center for any month within two months before the deadline for bidding; or a copy of the labor contract, which shall reflect the basic information of the signatory, the signature and seal of both parties, etc. )

(7) Legal persons, other organizations or individuals who have an interest in the tenderer that may affect the fairness of the bidding shall not participate in the bidding.

If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or there is a holding or management relationship between different units, they shall not participate in the bidding of the same bidding section or the bidding of the same bidding project that has not been divided into bidding sections.

Note: The bidder shall provide a letter of commitment and proof of the equity structure of the unit, that is, the "Enterprise Credit Information Publicity Report" extracted from the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html) reflects the "shareholder and capital contribution information" and "foreign investment information".

(8) Others: Manufacturers and agents shall not participate in the bidding at the same time, and the bidding shall be invalid if the provisions are violated. If more than one agent is entrusted to participate in the bidding, the bidding is invalid.

4. Each bidder may bid on one of the above bids.

5. When the same bidder participates in the bidding of multiple bids for the same project, the maximum number of bids can be won.

6. Qualification review method: This bidding adopts the post-qualification review method.

In violation of the above provisions, the relevant bids are invalid.

Note: If the bidder is an agent, the "Manufacturer's Authorization Letter" shall be provided, and both the bidder and the manufacturer shall comply with the provisions of paragraphs 1.(3), (5) and (7) of this article.
