On August 14, 2024, the joint meeting of the Development and Reform Commissions of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi and Ningxia on the coordinated development of the energy and chemical industry was held in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, and the three parties jointly signed the Framework Agreement on the Coordinated Development of the Energy and Chemical Industry. The signing of the framework agreement will play a positive role in promoting the coordinated development of the energy and chemical industry in the three provinces and regions, and our region will continue to deepen cooperation and exchanges with brother provinces and regions, jointly promote the green transformation and high-quality development of the energy and chemical industry, and make greater contributions to ensuring national energy security and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of regional economy and society.

At the meeting, the achievements of Inner Mongolia in promoting the construction of energy and chemical industry were introduced, and suggestions were put forward to jointly promote opening-up, explore collaborative development mechanisms, and promote the integration of innovative elements in strengthening the coordinated development of the energy and chemical industry in the three provinces and regions.
